  1. It’s up to the public to kill these monsters on the spot when things like this happen.

  2. The NYPD really need to have officers on the trains; walking through cars and up and down the platforms like the old NYTA cops did. Being clustered upstairs or on the platforms after an assault looks good but is meaningless.
