  1. The 86th Lex station as well as 68th Hunter College and Lex 63rd are all becoming problems. Homeless and troublemakers from outside the area are coming through these stations. There needs to be permanent police presence on the platforms and not up by turnstiles, but any police presence would be better than what we have. We need proactive policing, not reactive. There is a police enclosure that is air conditioned on the Lex 63rd platforms but it is never manned. The mayor is worthless and not protecting people who live here, and is more concerned about non-citizens, special interests, etc.
