Yes – more crime on the Q train – and even more crime on the Upper East Side in addition to the crime the Q has already brought to our neighborhood. While cops stand around in subway stations with their faces in their cell phones.
Plus all those illegal smoke shops/marijuana dealers – the NYPD surely knows where they all are – why aren’t they being shut down? Why aren’t the landlords who rent to these sleazy “businesses” getting charged?
