  1. Great! The UES is definitely quieter lately – and hopefully, wherever else these perpetrators were operating their ultra loud vehicles with reckless disregard for traffic laws or human life. Keep up this good work, NYPD!

    Now let’s see what – if anything – can be done about drivers blasting their car stereos at all hours. If high speeds and other traffic violations can be tracked, how about excessive decibels?
