The Naftali Group could have appealed nicely to the MTA to move the bus stop BEFORE building the Benson – and maybe tried sweetening their appeal by offering to pay for a bus shelter.
Instead, the Naftali Group and the Benson’s wealthy residents have acted with arrogance toward the MTA and the community, trying to block access to bus riders and pedestrians.
News flash to the Naftali Group and Benson residents:There are no gated communities here.You don’t get exclusive use of the public street.Get over yourselves. And make nice by paying for a bus shelter!
