Andrew Fine finally realizing that cars are a nuisance in our neighborhood is a good first step. He seems to only focus on delivery people’s cars, but it’s not like there aren’t other cars idling and occupying a huge amount of valuable space too. Hopefully congestion pricing helps with that (it should be expanded to the UES).
