MANHATTAN – You’ve probably seen the photos on your favorite Upper East Side influencer’s stories or passed by the storefront yourself on Second Avenue near East 80th street now adorned with a new sign for the super-popular cookie shop Chip City. First on Upper East Site— we now when the crave-worthy confectioner will be open for business and you won’t have to wait long.
Chip City tells Upper East Site their new cookie shop will open Friday, October 22nd and to celebrate the grand opening they’re doing something special to introduce themselves to the neighborhood— Chip City will be giving away a free cookie to the first 100 customers who make a purchase on Friday when doors open at 11:00am.

To sweeten the deal Chip City’s is also making a limited quantity of their special Black & White cookie available only at the Upper East Side location at 1543 Second Avenue for the grand opening on October 22nd.

If you simply can’t wait until the cookie shop opens, Chip City has you covered too— their cookie truck will be parked outside the new shop on Monday and Wednesday to introduce themselves to the neighborhood.

Exclusive photos show the welcoming, but cozy space being built for the new cookie shop, including a large green sign waiting to be hung featuring Chip City’s logo.

If you haven’t been to one of Chip City’s locations in Brooklyn, Queens or Rockefeller Center, here’s how it works: Chip City posts a weekly menu of the cookies available on each day with delectable flavors sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, including everything from your standard chocolate chip or white chocolate macadamia nut to their popular peanut butter and jelly or pumpkin spice cookies.
