MANHATTAN – An annual evening of family fun and community-building, the National Night Out Against Crime returned to the Upper East Side tonight– after a one-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 Pandemic– with food, games and giveaways, all in an effort to strengthen ties between neighbors, local businesses and the NYPD’s 19th Precinct, to build a safer community.
