The popular French tea room, cafe and boutique known as Angelina Paris is set to open its second permanent New York City location right here on the Upper East Side early next year, Upper East Site has learned.

Angelina Paris confirms to Upper East Site that the world-renowned patisserie plans to open it’s latest offshoot at 1115 Lexington Avenue by mid-January, becoming the first tenant of the corner retail space inside the luxury condominium building just built at 150 East 78th Street.
Traded New York was first to report a lease was signed for the space.

Unfortunately, Angelina Paris tells Upper East Site that there won’t be a full-service tea room and restaurant at the upcoming Lenox Hill location, but instead will offer counter service and a few tables to sit.

The 700 square foot space Angelina Paris is located near the corner of East 78th Street and Lexington Avenue will offer a selection of retail goods and gourmet gifts, as well as Angelina’s signature pastries — like the Mont-Blanc featuring chestnut cream vermicelli, meringue and light whipped cream or the classic chocolate eclair.
