An elderly blind woman disappeared from her Upper East Side apartment without a trace and now the NYPD is asking the public for help finding the diminutive 83-year-old who hasn’t been seen in more than a month and a half.

Adele Adeleson was last seen in her apartment, located in a co-op at the corner of East 68th Street and Third Avenue in Lenox Hill, back on Friday, January 27th, investigators say. Adeleson has not been seen since 9:15 am that day, according to police.
