MANHATTAN – A 67-year-old woman is dead in what could be a homicide in a luxury building on the Upper East Side. Neighbors in the area of East 87th street and Park Ave. were stunned to hear that police found the woman in seventh floor apartment around 10 o’clock last night.
Investigators say the victim had abrasions on her neck and they now have a 71-year-old man in custody. The woman’s name and cause of death have not been released.
